Deb Lee

Deb is a Digital Productivity Coach, Certified Professional Organizer®, speaker, productivity consultant, podcaster and a self-described “appaholic.” She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and a Master’s Degree in Special Education from New York University.

Deb loves helping entrepreneurs and small business owners polish their workflows and leverage technology in their companies so that they can get more accomplished every day. She has been featured on local DC area network news broadcasts, The Washington Post, USA Today,,,,,, and

Deb has also had partnerships with some amazing brands like Rubbermaid, Neat Company, Bynder, and Xfinity Mobile. She is also seriously fanatic about social media and WordPress and is currently having an intense love affair with coffee.


Cris Sgrott

Cris is a Certified Professional Organizer®, Certified Professional Organizer in Chronic Disorganization®, Certified Move Manager, productivity consultant, speaker, podcaster and business success educator dedicated to helping individuals become productive, organized, and successful.

Cris loves helping women who have brain based challenges to include ADHD and struggle to get and stay organized.  We are helping clients physically in the DC metro area through life transitions and moving.  We are also helping clients virtually through our Girl v. Clutter community.  She has been featured on local DC area network news broadcasts, The Washington Post, SmeadPodcast, Washingtonian, Digg, and NPR.

Cris holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Marketing with a minor concentration in Business Management from Old Dominion University ~ Norfolk, VA. With years of experience, Cris has spent many successful years in the corporate world.
